60's style red summer dress

The parts of this dress have been cut over 6 months ago but I didn't get round to sewing it. Now I have finally started, it would be finished before our vacation. Hopefully it will be finished before the end of summer.

The pattern is Butterick 5747, and I will make the version with the flared skirt.

Julia Bobbin's Blog has a really inspiring version, I hope mine turns out as well.
