While my husband and son where making pewter dress accessoiries.
I was:
doing some nalebinding, a pair of socks for a friend.
making lunch, stew and a pastry.
And ofcourse:
Dyeing with natural dyes, cochenille to be exact.
And this was the end result.
The pictures doesn't do the colors justice. The wool on the left is purple,
the wool in the middle is actually more fuchsia pink than red and the color of the scarf is less strong.

Oeps. Pastei bedoel ik. Pas bij de tweede keer realiseer ik me waarom dat woord er zo raar uitziet me een ij.

De pastei had ik thuis gebakken die hoefde alleen maar opgewarmd te worden. De groente en vlees voor de soep had ik ook voorbereid als ik de hele dag aan het ambachten ben heb ik geen zin om daar uitgebreid te gaan koken
